Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Soakt is a trade name of Cube Brain LLC. We offer our products on a subscription basis so that you never run out. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing is handled, and how you can change or cancel at any time.
1. Enrollment
Subscription details, including price, billing frequency, and renewal terms, are shown before you complete your order. Your delivery frequency matches the size of the bundle you choose: a 1-bottle subscription ships every month, a 3-bottle bundle ships every 3 months, and a 5-bottle bundle ships every 5 months.
2. Billing and payment
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on the recurring schedule you chose. Subscription charges include the product cost, shipping, and any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until updated payment information is provided.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated frequency and price until you cancel. You will be billed on the renewal date unless you cancel beforehand. We may send a reminder email before each renewal so that the charge is never a surprise.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Once cancelled, you will not be billed again. Orders that have already been processed will still be shipped and remain covered by our refund policy.
5. Changes to your subscription
You can change your delivery frequency, delay a shipment, skip an order, update your shipping address, or change your payment method at any time from your subscription portal, or by emailing us at info@thesoakt.com. If you simply need more time before your next bottle arrives, delaying an order is always an option, so you do not have to cancel.
6. Returns and refunds
Subscription orders are covered by the same terms as one-time purchases under our refund policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee. Refunds apply to returned products in line with that policy.
